We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for our popular tours during peak season (June-August and December-January). For off-peak travel or customized tours, 2-3 months' notice is usually sufficient.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before your tour departure.
Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a $250 AUD administration fee. Cancellations between 30-59 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable.
